Valentine tournament - Sunday Feb 14th - 3 pm
Will ladies please grab the available men for our Ladies' Invitation Tournament. Our director may, at his discretion, penalise ladies who grab a regular male partner.
If the men are all taken, we have no problem with two ladies playing together.
We do bake very good cakes for your afternoon tea, which is included in the table money of 5 €!
Remember that we expect you all to wear something that is pink, even if we cannot see it.
Thursday Bridge
Following a lot of experimentation, we are now able to get a very good game for 2-4 tables on a Thursday with a fair result. You will be playing as a pair but the scoring will be in IMPs. (We have abandoned the Butler Scoring that gave bad results on small numbers of tables.)
It is essential that we know who wishes to play in advance and there is a list always on the front table. If you decide at the last minute that you wish to play, please telephone Lidvor before noon on the day of play. Players of all levels of experience are welcome.

The Javea Bridge Club is a long established (1976) Club where the members pride themselves on the club's reputation for good bridge played in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
The club premises were purchased by the club in September 2006 and no expense has been spared to make the surroundings and playing environment amongst the best on the Costa Blanca.
If you are looking for a game of bridge while on holiday or searching for a club to join, you have found it.
If you are thinking of taking up this fascinating game, we offer tuition for beginners by knowledgeable and experienced teachers. Or alternatively if you are already a player we can offer "workshop" type tuition to help your game improve.

Members can play Duplicate Pairs eight times a week in August. Four times the rest of the year, with Teams on Thursdays.

Players are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to commencement. If you are coming and know you are going to be late, please phone the club and let the director know.
Please contact us if you require a partner for any session. Wednesday - Host system, no partner required, just turn up ( however a phone call first is always appreciated)
Visitors are welcome at all sessions.
